Domestic 170HP Bulldozer for Site‑Leveling Project in Côte d’Ivoire

Project Background

Côte d’Ivoire is undergoing rapid infrastructure expansion, with numerous projects for urban expansion, industrial‑park site preparation and rural road construction. Construction sites are frequently covered with heavy, moist and sticky mud, which sets high standards for bulldozer dozing capacity and off‑mud performance. A local contractor purchased our factory‑built 170HP crawler bulldozer for site clearing, land leveling and subgrade excavation. The client aimed to guarantee reliable performance on wet clay ground while keeping capital expenditure under control.

Equipment Information

Equipment: Self‑developed & manufactured 170HP crawler bulldozer
Applicable conditions: Sticky soil dozing, site clearing, land levelling, subgrade building (matches muddy working condition shown in the picture)

Working‑condition Adaptation Highlights

  1. Excellent performance on wet sticky soil: Powered by 170‑horsepower engine, the wide‑contact‑area track prevents slipping and sinking in wet muddy clay. It delivers powerful dozing force against thick mud layers and maintains stable productivity under conditions as shown in the photo.

  2. Optimized for West‑Africa hot‑dusty climate: The upgraded heat‑dissipation system supports long‑hour continuous outdoor work under Côte d’Ivoire’s high‑temperature and dusty environment. Optional key components and factory‑direct spare‑parts supply avoid long waiting lead‑times associated with famous imported brands.

  3. Easy‑to‑maintain for local service: Enclosed cab blocks dust and mud to improve operator comfort. Robust structure and well‑arranged service points enable local technicians to complete routine inspection and maintenance efficiently, lowering on‑site service difficulty.

  4. Competitive original‑factory supply: Delivers comparable performance versus international premium models at lower purchase cost. Full set of export customs documents is available, with direct shipment from factory to ports of Côte d’Ivoire.

Customer Feedback

This 170HP bulldozer works for industrial‑site preparation and rural road subgrade projects. It provides strong dozing power and reliable mobility over local wet sticky mud. The client confirms the machine fully meets local infrastructure requirements. Lower procurement and spare‑part costs greatly cut overall project expenses, and further orders of the same model are under consideration.
