The customer is an infrastructure contractor from Iran, mainly engaged in road construction and earthmoving projects. Their job sites are typically dry and dusty, requiring durable heavy machinery that can sustain long-hour continuous operation. They discovered our company through Google Ads and were comparing multiple brands of 22-ton excavators before contacting us.
The client needed a 22-ton crawler excavator model SH220LC-8 for earth excavation and site grading. Key priorities included reliable performance under dusty site conditions, stable spare parts supply, and feasible sea freight solutions. They requested machine photos, working videos, technical specifications and loading footage for evaluation.
We shared on-site working videos of the SH220LC-8 excavator operating in dusty earthwork sites, demonstrating the machine’s adaptability to harsh environments. The client initially planned to visit China in October for on-site machine inspection. Later the schedule was adjusted: he will stay in China for 10 days, travel to India afterwards and return to China two weeks later. During his visit, we will arrange factory tour and machine test run, negotiate commercial terms and sign the MoU.
We provide both EXW and FOB pricing options, 40ft container sea shipment to Iranian ports, together with pre-delivery inspection documents and a package of wearing parts. Long-term spare parts supply service is also guaranteed after delivery.
The client has confirmed the target model and reached preliminary cooperation intention. He recognizes the machine’s performance and cost-effectiveness for local construction conditions. Once he completes the physical inspection and pays the initial deposit during his China trip, we will start production and arrange container loading and ocean shipment. The excavator will be deployed for local infrastructure earthwork projects in Iran.
