To better adapt to complex operating environments in Africa, Central Asia and other overseas regions, our new‑model crawler bulldozer has completed practical dozing simulation to validate overall machine performance.
During the test, the bulldozer carried out levelling and earth‑piling tasks on thick sticky clay. Wide tracks reduce ground pressure for good mobility on muddy ground. The high‑power powertrain together with reinforced dozer blade delivers steady pushing force under heavy soil loads. Responsive hydraulics enable smooth blade lifting & lowering, while the enclosed operator cabin balances broad vision and effective dust‑proof performance.
Targeting common overseas pain points including high ambient temperature, muddy terrain and spare‑parts supply constraints, the machine is optimised at the R&D stage. Key components are available for custom selection, and maintenance procedures are simplified. Real‑machine testing is a critical step: we replicate jobsite challenges inside the factory, so design, manufacturing and pre‑shipment validation fully match real‑life demands for overseas infrastructure, land reclamation and road construction. We will keep iterating construction machinery to supply cost‑effective Chinese‑built equipment for worldwide partners.
