Before every unit leaves our facility, strict on-site tests are carried out in the open yard. Professional technicians run a comprehensive check covering the engine, hydraulic system, boom & bucket movement, traveling performance, control functions and safety protection devices. All mechanical indicators, appearance and marking details are verified one by one to guarantee the excavator works stably once it arrives at the job site.

The pre-shipment test procedure aims to identify potential issues in advance. It ensures every machine meets international quality standards and the technical requirements specified by customers. Clients are welcome to join the inspection in person or watch live video verification during this stage.
