Track Assembly of Excavators in Progress

Views :
Update time : 2026-07-31

Inside the workshop, technicians are completing the fastening assembly of excavator track assemblies. Professional tools are used to accurately install and lock track shoes and chain assemblies to ensure tight coordination between all track parts. The track system serves as the critical load-bearing and travelling assembly of excavators, enduring constant rock impact and friction on muddy sites. We adopt thickened wear-resistant track shoes and reinforced chains. Precise assembly effectively prevents loosening, track shedding and abnormal wear during long-hour operations, perfectly suited for harsh mining and quarry environments. From boom welding and undercarriage inspection to meticulous track assembly, all core load-bearing components are manufactured in-house. Standardized quality inspections run through every procedure to ensure durability. As an original excavator manufacturer, we independently produce key structural parts. Customized 50-ton and 60-ton mining excavators are available, compatible with hydraulic breakers and rock buckets. Our machines are widely exported to mining and infrastructure projects in West Africa, East Africa, Central Asia and West Asia. We provide reliable and cost-effective construction machinery solutions for global clients.
